Miti Miti Modern Mexican located in beautiful Park Slope, Brooklyn is looking for a strong and independent Closing Floor Manager!
The ideal candidate has worked in a high end fast paced NYC restaurant for 2+ years with management experience. This applicant must be polished and knows how to maintain a positive work atmosphere. Leading by example, they act and communicate in a way that provides a great guest experience. Will be responsible for managing the host stand and host, table touching, payroll and pre-shifts.
We believe in the well-being of our team and having a work life balance. This position will be 4 days a week, 40 hours a week with 3 days off! It will be closing Thursday through Sunday.

$28/hr with NYC Food Handler’s/$27/hr without.
Requirements of the Closing Floor Manager:
2+ years of restaurant management experience.
Must be passionate about customer service and restaurant operation.
Proven leadership skills.
NYC Food Handlers Certificate preferred
Bilingual Spanish ++
Must have experience working in high volume restaurant.
