Responsibilities
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual for a full-time, benefited position, to work in our Corporate Office. This position will be responsible for, but not limited to, professionally answering a variety of incoming calls pertaining to daily operations, sales promotions, our Unlimited Carwash Plan, customer service claims, and any other customer service inquires. Additional responsibilities include monitoring location customer service, security, location cameras, and other administrative tasks assigned. Schedule flexibility needed to include days, evenings, and weekends.
Minimum Job Requirements
Ability to communicate and resolve issues in a professional and tactful manner
At least one year of call center customer service experience, is preferred
Ability to multi-task with a sense of urgency while meeting our customer service expectations
Flexible availability to include early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Prior computer experience (including Gmail and Microsoft Office Suite)
