We are currently hiring for our Olea Mediterranean Grill – Maitland store at 400 S. Orlando Ave, Maitland FL 32751.
Candidates will report directly to the Assistant Manager and General Manager, and will be paid hourly at a rate dependent upon their role and/or experience level and will work full-time (30-40 hours per week) or part-time if in school/etc. Typical crew member pay is around $11/hour and typical shift leader pay is around $13/hour after tips.
Candidates must have a positive attitude and a willingness to serve customers as well as work hard. With the fast casual service style, all employees are trained to be able to multi-task and do all aspects of food service throughout each shift: serve customers, prepare food, and clean/detail the restaurant. We will train you on everything you need to know!
All candidates must have open availability with both nights and weekends available (unless in school and Mon-Fri daytime is blocked off). Our restaurant shifts begin as early as 9am and end as late as 10pm (restaurant hours are 11am – 9pm daily, 7 days a week). Full-time employees will work 4-6 shifts per week for a total of 30-40 hours per week on average and part-time employees between 2-4 shifts per week. Hours and shifts depend on how many hours the employee prefers as well as the preferences of the General Manager. Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced setting. Also, Olea is a non-smoking work environment.
