Pizza Bruno is looking to hire a Sous Chef
Candidate should have experience with pizza, pizza making, and line cooking. Ability to delegate, direct, and manage kitchen is required. Experience with Italian cuisine is a plus and ability to maintain standards and understand recipes is also key to this position. This role requires a motivated person who adheres to standards and has a strong attention to detail.
Typical work week is 40-60 hours with predominately night shifts.
This position is a lead position MUST be capable of disciplining employees as well as coaching growing in house talent.
Proficiency in the use of computers, scheduling software, and ordering is a must as well.
