As a General Manager, you will build and supervise a team that achieves Little Caesars goals of customer satisfaction, sales and profitability and operates the restaurant according to company standards and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Ensure customers are served correct and complete orders within service time goals.
Prepares and ensures consistent, high quality products are served to customers.
Displays and enforces the proper image, procedures and standards for conduct as outlined in the Little Caesars Handbook.
Provide direction and regular feedback to colleagues, ensuring all job duties are performed to standard.
Enforce food handling practices, maintenance and cleanliness according to company standards and the law.
Performs cash management accurately and ensures compliance by all colleagues of safety and security procedures.
Control costs through teaching use of paper, labor, food and utility cost. Monitor shift activity to ensure compliance.
Follows all procedures associated with opening and closing the restaurant, appropriately handles unexpected occurrences, and notifies appropriate parties in a timely fashion.
Requirements:
Previous management experience in restaurant or retail industry.
Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
Strong leadership, communication and team building skills.
Possess a positive attitude and outstanding work ethic.
