Rosetta Bakery is currently looking for a motivated server, cashier, barista, busser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior over the counter serving experience to provide excellent and timely service to our customers.
Responsibility:
Greets all customers in a courteous and friendly manner, processes guest orders accurately and in a timely fashion.
Answers questions in regards to menu items, ingredients and memorizes daily menu.
Ensures the food is warmed, presented and to the customer’s satisfaction.
Experience providing excellent customer service quickly and efficiently.
A positive attitude and ability to work under pressure with other staff.
Able to perform high- quality work while unsupervised.
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner.
Maintains a professional image at all times that fall within the uniform policy.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Must maintain a clean and sanitize work area, and follow in-store procedures.
Must be willing to work as part of a team.
This position hours of work and days vary based on business needs and includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
