Your Team responsibilities –
As the Head of Index Client Experience, you will be a member of the Global Index Product team. You will be responsible for leading and driving the transformation and execution of policies, processes and systems necessary to deliver the highest level of client experience for users of MSCI indexes globally. You will work closely with clients and the appropriate internal teams at MSCI, leveraging agile operating principles and contemporary technology standards to maintain and continuously improve the index client experience. You will identify, translate and prioritize product features, while working quickly and effectively to resolve issues. You will ensure disciplined execution of the product roadmap to achieve our vision and deliver on MSCI’s commitment to providing a world-class client experience.

Your key responsibilities –
Represent the MSCI Index business as the product owner to internal and external stakeholders
Define and drive execution of the product vision, guiding principles and roadmap
Work across functional teams including Technology, Research, Program Management and Sales
Drive agile operating principles and a client experience first mindset
Drive client engagement to inform new feature development through continuous feedback
Understand client workflows and translate desired client outcomes into product features
Translate product features into clear written specifications for development
Build and maintain internal stakeholder support through regular and clear communication
Track, analyze, report on, and optimize client experience metrics

Your skills and experience that will help you excel –
Strong experience leading cross-functional teams for software product development
Strong understanding and experience with agile operating principles
Ability to mobilize resources by winning support, aligning objectives and diffusing conflicts
Ability to quickly understand and navigate MSCI organizational structure and internal processes
Strong individual performer: energetic, proactive, creative problem solver with growth mindset
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with financial products a significant plus
