Who You Are
You are a motivated administrative professional who is passionate about organization. You excel at multitasking and have experience providing general administrative and clerical support. You are detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can gain extensive knowledge of the financial industry.
What You’ll Do
Collect, sort, distribute and prepare mail, messages and courier deliveries
File and maintain records
Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information and taking messages when needed
Vendor Support and Relationships
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Replenish and maintain office equipment/supplies
Assist the Onboarding team with any projects or tasks on a day to day basis
What You’ll Need
Highschool diploma or equivalent
Must be physically in the office – No remote working
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organizing, planning, and attention to detail
Must be able to take initiative and work independently
