Boucher Brothers is immediately hiring for a Seasonal Beach Attendant for our Miami Beach locations. The ideal candidates will gain experience in customer service, be able to work in a team environment, develop great communication skills and have opportunities for growth and advancement.
Pool/Beach Attendant Responsibilities:
Set up beach or pool equipment and prep beach area or pool area
Fold towels in morning and set up towel/water station
Welcome guests to the pool or beach and consistently offer professional, friendly, engaging service
Assist guests with lounge chairs, umbrellas, beds, and/or cabanas around pool or beach
Follow company policies and procedures
Oversee the general cleanliness and upkeep of the pool or beach area
Will report to the Beach Manager
Other duties as assigned
Pool/Beach Attendant Skills Required:
Previous experience in customer service
Highly responsible and reliable
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
Enjoy dealing with the public
Great verbal communication skills
Must already be legally permitted to work in the United States
Physical Aspects of the Pool/Beach Attendant role:
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Able to work in outdoor weather conditions

Job Description:
Reporting to supervisor and directors, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Welcome guests to the beach and consistently offer professional, friendly, engaging service
Manage and control inventory; sodas, wraps, towels, sun tan lotions, etc.
Handle all payment transactions
Record all sales on corresponding paper work
Ensure guests are aware of all services available on the beach
Provide each guest with 5 star 5 diamond service
Follow company policies and procedures
Over seeing team members and equipment
Skills required:
Highly responsible and reliable
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Able to multi task

· Welcome guests to the beach and consistently offer professional, friendly, engaging service
· Ensure guests are aware of all services available on the beach
· Responsible for restocking items and supplies
· Suggestive sell and upgrade sales
· Delivery food and drink items quickly and efficiently
· Create and provide a personalized, memorable experience with guests
· Oversee the general cleanliness and upkeep of the beach area
· Follow company policies and procedures
· Other duties as assigned
About the skills required:
· Minimum 1 year experience in F&B service
· Highly responsible and reliable
· Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Brief Job Description:
-Assist guest with the rental of Jet Ski’s, Kayaks, Paddle Boards, and Banana Boat rides
-Explain proper safety rules/guidelines to guests
-Ensure riders out in the water are following our safety rules/guidelines
-Provide each guest with 5 star 5 diamond customer service
-Follow company policies and procedures
-Other duties as assigned
*All new hires must complete a Livery and Boaters Course online free of charge.
-Daily operations are Monday-Sunday 10:00am-6:00pm weather permitting.
