Bachelors degree in the human service field (unofficial transcript must accompany application). Experience in mental health field preferred.
Seeking individuals who have an interest in being a part of the life of children and adolescences experiencing mental illness. As a Casemanager you will be in integral part of helping people manage their mental health issues, working together to determine their needs and assisting in the development of a person-centered plan for managing their mental illness. The Casemanager is an integral part of a treatment team including psychiatric providers, Care Coordinators, family members, and teachers working together to ensure a consumers success in managing their mental illness. Training is provided in assessing needs, person centered treatment planning, crisis intervention, advocacy and psycho-social skills building including evidence based coping skills, social skills, and developmental life skills. As a Casemanager you will have the flexibility to choose your work site and work hours, including working from home, in the office or in the consumers natural environment, services can be provided via telephone/televideo or in person, Must have current Texas driver’s license; meet insurance criteria, and ability to pass all applicable training.
