The Front Desk Agent
Position Summary:
The Front Desk at our properties is the first point of contact for both residents and guests. We request you have the skills to communicate in both a friendly and professional manner. Your primary role will be greeting owners/tenants and guests, answering phone calls, handling association inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail.
Essential responsibilities:
Answer the phone at the front desk to respond to current and prospective guests’ owners/tenants needs
Greet guests and walk-ins with in a timely manner when they arrive at the front desk
Contact Residents to obtain approval for access
Manager residents packages
Ability to access and accurately input information using a computer system.
Performs tasks assigned by management. (Excellent verbal, comprehension, listening and problem-solving skills).
Must be able to stand and move throughout front office and continuously perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations for the entire shift
Maintain a clean and neat front desk area
Work holidays and weekends if needed
Hours:
Hiring for all shifts
Monday – Friday
4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Salary depends on experience” $12
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Education/Training/Certifications/Licenses:
High school diploma/GED equivalent required
Amazing interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a plus
Willingness to maintain confidentiality
Time management skills
Language requirements:
Bilingual is desirable
Experience/Knowledge/Skills:
Requires a minimum of (2) year’s in customer service in the hospitality industry or similar.
Excellent oral and written communication with interpersonal skills.
Empathy and friendly phone manners required.
Is able work with a computer hardware/software is a must.
Have top of the line organizational skills and handle multitasks at once.
