We are the first hand-crafted Ramen restaurant with homemade ramen broth and Theme of Asian street food. All applicants must have experience in the restaurant/hospitality business. Must be able to work in a fast-paced high-energy environment and committed to providing absolute guest satisfactions with a willingness to learn.

Job Overview
Cook and prepare all menu items in accordance standards set by the Chef
Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food on the line
Prepare and portion food items prior to service
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
Clean up station and take care of leftover food
Stock inventory appropriately
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Maintain a positive and professional approach with guests and colleagues

Line Cook Requirements
Minimum 2+ years as a line cook
Dedicated to upholding our standards of excellence and hospitality
Hold a Food Handler’s Card, or the ability to obtain one
Follow all safety and health regulations.
Understand and comply with FL employment laws
Flexible schedule – Willing and able to work shift duties that may include weekends and holidays
Prep cook positions also available.
