Qualified candidates will have:
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Line Cook working in a well-rated Japanese restaurant
Strong knife skills with ability to execute dishes consistently and effectively.
Experience working with Prime cuts of meat, fish and unique vegetables and food products.
Ability to work in a cleanly and efficiently station from prep to service
Experience working in a tempura station-big plus
