BARISTA CFS COFFEE
Job Description:
Service of food and/or beverage to include order-taking and making of fresh juices, coffee and health food items. Restocking and maintain an appropriate inventory of products. This task is to be handled in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner resulting in a very high level of guest satisfaction.
Job Function:
Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volumen.
Anticipates customer and store needs.
Costumer Service Experience.
Follows CFS COFFEE operational policies and procedures.
Maintains a clean and organized workspace.
Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
Previous experience required Basic Qualifications. Prior hospitality, Health Food, and Barista experience preferred.
Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
Prepare food and beverages experience
Available to perform many different tasks
Ability to learn quickly
Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to build relationships
Bilingual English-Spanish
