Who we are looking for
Reporting to the Director of Customer Support, the Email Customer Service Representative will respond to emails from customers in our E-Desk customer support application as well as communicate via email with our drop ship vendors in resolving customer returns, damaged/defective shipments, shorts/incomplete orders, requests for delivery and return delivery status, and other customer service issues. The individual we seek will provide an outstanding customer service experience. You will be part of a small, but mighty team that promotes a highly collaborative environment with a positive, get-it-done spirit.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Meet response time goals and time to close ticket goals, while efficiently handling customer service issues with a high degree of customer satisfaction
Communicate with a positive demeanor
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions in accordance with company policies and practices
Work with various internal departments to resolve issues and meet customer’s needs
Work closely with drop ship vendors as needed to resolve order issues
Develop a working knowledge of ReStockIt’s product assortment necessary to support customer service activities
Experience/Skills

High School Diploma required; Associates degree strongly preferred
3+ years of call center, online chat, or online e-mail customer service experience, preferably in B2C or B2B ECommerce environment
Experience with Amazon or other online marketplace customer service highly desirable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good typing skills
