JOB DESCRIPTION
The ideal candidate will be able to handle daily stress and perform well in a fast paced environment. Our office clerk will have to input data, update records, answer phone calls, maintain an efficient office environment, ensure enough supplies and inventory are available, complete necessary paperwork, maintain confidentiality and integrity, work with computers, make announcements, coordinate and communicate with distributors, clients, and medical providers in a professional manner.
In addition, must be able to pay attention to detail, multitask, interview applicants, update employee and resident records, be flexible and help other departments as needed.

Office experience preferred

Work well independently and as part of a team
Work well with computers
Be polite and people oriented
Must be detail oriented
Bi-lingual in Spanish
Note:
Level 2 Background screening must show eligible in order to meet the requirements of qualification for employment. Applicants must have a lvl2 AHCA background screening done in the previous 5 years, or be willing to have fingerprints submitted to the clearing house in order to determine individual’s eligibility.
