We are looking to add a full time Hospitality Associate in Miami, FL to respond to and perform departure and arrival inspections, execute on guest service requests, troubleshooting and checking in guests when necessary.
This hire will be scheduled 8:30 to 4:30 pm and covering one PM shift in the week, subject to change.
Responsibilities
Meet and assist guests as needed, solve last-minute problems, act proactively to address any potential challenges with the guest experience
Execute unit departure and arrival inspections to ensure units are constantly meeting or exceeding brand standards
Identify maintenance issues during inspections and either repair or report the issue to the building maintenance team. You may need to roll up your sleeves on smaller issues!
Ensure any maintenance or repairs are scheduled around our guests, and ensure units are up to Mint House standards after any maintenance
Oversee a clean and organized storage unit at all times
