Some of the Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ability to reduce and prevent shortages
Ability to properly and effectively document cases
Identify, escalate and support internal shortage investigations at the direction of management.
Prevent shortages by gathering intelligence and communicating important issues
Understand and appropriately use video systems to monitor activity and support internal cases
Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
Follows all safety policies of Landry’s Safety Program
