Kantar is looking for a talented Client Support Specialist to provide support to Media Research Tools such as MW, Instar, Choices, Ad Intel local applications and more that are widely used by our clients. The client support specialist’s main responsibilities are: install media research tools upon request, connect remotely with clients to resolve/troubleshoot media research tool issues, software license renewals, support clients across Latam with concepts, software follow-up questions. Verify audience data numbers for press releases and verification of possible issues. Train clients on effective usage of media research tools and assist with data analysis. Proactively research market insights, tendencies and changes to advise clients. The position will report to the Client Experience Director of Kantar Ibope Media in Miami.

KEY OUTCOMES

As a Client Support Specialist, you will…

Install media research tools upon request, connect remotely with clients to resolve/troubleshoot media research tool issues, software license renewals, follow-up in case necessary.
Support clients across Latam with concepts, software follow-up questions, including planning (MW-Planview) and post-buy (MW-Telereport), and coordinate with local offices for local support when necessary.
Verify audience data numbers for press releases and verification of possible issues.
Train clients on effective usage of media research tools and assist with data analysis.
Proactively research market insights, tendencies and changes to advise clients.
Support in reviewing every new software releases/version (example: Media Workstation/Instar), to product team: bug reporting, corrections, improvements, requests, stress analysis and time response. Once a version is operational, coordinate the implementation of the version.
Update and maintain instructions for internal processes and troubleshooting instructions for clients
Create IT tickets related to software issues.
CAPABILITIES

To succeed in this role, you’ll have:

Experience working on issues where analysis of situation or data requires review of relevant industry factors.
Focus on operational excellence and problem solving.
Resourcefulness and outside the box thinking
Client focus in order to promptly solve any database issue’s taking in consideration Latam cultural aspects.
Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
Advanced excel skills
Bachelor’s in information systems, marketing, media or related careers
Tech Savvy
Fluent in English and Spanish
