Work Directly With A Chick-fil-A Operator
The Operator is an independent business person, responsible for the operation of the restaurant, who invests time in his or her employees, teaching them important business skills for the future.

General Responsibilities:
Educate all Team Members of Chick-fil-A corporate standards for food items
Monitors the preparation of food, while coaching the team on productivity and consistency
Serve as a Supervisor in the kitchen and food prep areas
Achieves strategic, annual business results through focus and action on tactical monthly and quarterly objectives and tasks
Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback, helping them to grow
Serves as subject matter expert about all Chick-fil-A food products
Responsible for inventory and facilities management
Complete understanding of each key position in both the front and back of the store
Follow Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures
Must have food safety or quality experience
Requirements:
Experience as a leader
Proven ability to lead in quick-paced environments as part of a team
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 9 hours and lifting up to 40 pounds
Basic computer competency
Self-leader committed to personal growth

Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace
