White Castle is currently seeking a talented, dedicated and dependable Administrative Assistant. This position will be located at the Evendale Bakery – Cincinnati, OH

Basic Purpose
The basic purpose of the position is to be the human resources (HR) professional of the bakery. To maintain the company, division, and plant policy and procedures handbook for all HR related sections and ensure fair and equal administration of policies and fair treatment for all team members. Maintain an efficiently run office in the production facility and to maintain the Bakery Division reports and policies.
Essential Functions
HR responsibilities including maintaining application and new hire process, personnel records, attendance, administration of benefits, payroll, performance management, Workers’ Compensation.
FMLA & HIPPA representative.
Administer, coordinate and process Bakery Division records, policies, and procedures. Stay abreast of all changes and assist with communication to team members.
Coordinate AIB training.
Create and process raw materials and equipment purchase orders.
Supervision of Commercial Laundry & First Aid cabinets and vendors to ensure an adequate supply of product and proper billing.
Maintain the office computer system, primary IS/IT contact, data reporting and retrieval, troubleshoot problems, provide data for production, cost analysis, budgeting, HR and correspondence.

REQUIREMENTS
High school Diploma or GED required
Maintain good working relationships with outside vendors, insurance companies, worker compensation groups, and doctor offices.
Minimum of four years of experience in an office environment with background training in accounting and computer experience is required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of FMLA, Illness & Disability, OSHA, HIPPA laws and regulations.
