Night Park Quality (Overnight Cleaning)

What you get to do:
Working in Overnight Cleaning, you’ll perform a wide variety of prep duties prior to the park opening. This will include: trash removal/disposal, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, window and mirror washing, restroom cleaning, store/merchandise area cleaning, cobweb removal/cleaning, and storage room/area cleaning. Working in a team environment, you will model a positive attitude, a high level of energy and an unyielding commitment to quality. You will:
Work in a team environment and interact with others in a professional manner
Perform prep duties prior to park opening include: restroom cleaning, trash removal/ disposal, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, window and mirror washing, office, breakroom and hallway cleaning, store/merchandise area cleaning, cobweb removal/cleaning, storage room/area cleaning
Follow standard operating procedures necessary to perform job functions to serve a quality product
Provide excellent service in an efficient and courteous manner
Perform other duties as assigned based on business need
What it takes to succeed:
Must be at least 18 years old
Currently have valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving guidelines preferred
Must be able to work overnight shifts between 11 PM to 7:30 AM. Hours may change based on park hours and business needs
Communicate effectively and professionally with ambassadors and all others conducting business on our properties
Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis. Some specific work areas may require heavier lifting
Perform the following physical activities on a frequent basis: kneel, squat, stand, walk, climb, bend floor- to- waist/waist-to-overhead and reach overhead, simple grasp and fine manipulation tasks
Position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout entire work shift and climb/ascend heights if needed
Must be able to work indoors and in dimly lit outdoors, in varying Florida weather, to include extreme heat.
Position will be exposed to cleaning chemicals, fumes, dust, odors and possibly cold/heat temperature extremes
Work a flexible schedule/hours based on business need, to include overnights, weekends, and holidays
