Who are we? Olive Tree is one of Atlanta’s four largest apartment acquirers during the past 2 years. The firm currently owns and operates a portfolio valued over $500 million comprised of 21 communities totaling 6,100+ units in Georgia and Texas with a strong pipeline of additional units slated to close during 2020. Properties are managed by Olive Tree’s local Atlanta and Houston teams under our affiliate The Life Property Management with oversight by our New York team. Qualifications
What you will need to succeed:
Effective communicator, great writer
Being willing to wear multiple hats and to learn different sides of Marketing
Strong eye for good creative and digital practices
Creative, systems oriented, entrepreneurial, willing to take ownership of projects
Proficient knowledge of Social Media Channels and has strong understanding of both organic and paid best practices in social media
Experience working with different stakeholders and business professionals in a company
Ability to quantitatively identify, and succinctly summarize, key data points, opportunities, and patterns.
Strong ethical compass, strong integrity, and honesty
Ability to think strategically about the broader business long-term
Diplomacy, tact, and a supportive, positive, professional presentation and attitude are required
Self-motivated, well organized, and results driven professional.

Responsibilities
What you will do: As the Social Media Summer Intern you will be working with the digital marketing team in developing, executing, and tracking organic and paid social media campaigns for Olive Tree Holdings and its affiliates. You will be responsible for embodying and working to reinforce Olive Tree and The Life Properties’ Core Values.
What your day to day will look like:
Content ideation
Calendar and track Social Media Campaigns
Execution of organic Social Media strategies
Mentorship with Zack for Paid Social strategy on Facebook & LinkedIn
Maintenance of ongoing campaigns, replying to comments on ads, censoring inappropriate comments on ads
Work with Performance team to track key metrics on success of campaigns
Join in digital strategy meetings and share best practices with key stakeholders
