We are seeking an Guest Services Agent to join our team! You will perform administrative functions in order to drive company success in the Customer Service & Reservations Department
Responsibilities:
Handle administrative needs of the Customer Service department
Arrange bookings and coordinate customers check-in/check-out
Answer phones in a friendly and courteous manner
Perform standard data entry tasks
Maintain and organize Department-related documentation
Perform all other general tasks as needed
PAY RATE: $14.00 per Hour + OT
Available Shift: 8:30am – 5:00pm / 3:00pm – 11:00pm
Slots Available: (3) per shift
Qualifications:
Bilingual is preferred (ENGLISH/SPANISH)
Previous experience as guest services agent, night auditor, administrative assistant, or related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Strong Computer Skills
