Nit Noi Provisions is looking for an energetic, well-spoken prep cook who is equally comfortable working in the kitchen and at an outdoor farmers market. This team member must be passionate about food, and ideally interested in pursuing a career in the food hospitality industry. As a sustainable food company, we’re looking for a person who values local, organic farming and the environment. This individual must be reliable, honest, and eager to learn.
Experience:
-2 years of restaurant FOH/BOH experience, or culinary school training
-Fluent in English
-A valid driver’s license
Hours and Compensation:
Full-time
Paid training
40hr week plus overtime
11am – 7pm Tuesday through Saturday
$21/hour
Paid Vacation
