Position Summary: The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock and other.
Training provided.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
Conduct basic maintenance and/or repairs on various company equipment
Perform inventory controls and keep high quality standards for audits
Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
Follow company policies and procedures
Assist with cutting raw material as needed
Complete daily logs into inventory
Track and maintain inventory
Report any discrepancies
Work in conjunction with and support Production and Inspection Departments
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Must have Valid Driver’s License
Must have minimum 1 year Warehouse environment experience
Knowledge and familiarity with modern warehousing practices and procedures
Table Saw, Band saw or Chop saw knowledge and experience (A plus)
Wiliness and ability learn how to operate various forklifts types re: Electric Forklift, Sit-down/Stand up Cherry Picker, Crown Turret lift
Ability to communicate in English/Spanish (A Plus)
Forklift Certification (a plus/ but not required)
Experience using RF Scanner
Must have proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, NetSuite (A plus) and Computer Navigation skills
Ability to work in a positive Team environment
Ability to multi-task
Must be flexible to work any schedule
Ability to adapt to change and work under pressure
Must have excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Work: Must be flexible to work any schedule: Monday- Friday to meet company needs.

7:30AM-4:00PM
9:30AM-6:00PM
