Job Description:
Welcome and enthusiastically greet guests upon arrival. Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests so that they want to return again and again. Provide timely, friendly and accurate beverage and food service to all guests. Uphold and exude the Jimmy Hula’s vibe!
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Be able to answer all questions regarding menu items and recipes.
Inform and up-sell guests daily specials, cocktails, beer etc.
• Understand and answer questions about food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders into our POS system accurately.
• Deliver food and beverages from kitchen to guests in a timely matter.
• Perform opening and closing procedures at the start and end of each shift as required by assignment.
• Maintain clean service areas.
• Monitor and observe guests dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
• Accept payment, process credit charges and make change if applicable.
• Wipe down and sanitize tabletops, reset and arrange after bussing.
• Reset and arrange tabletops after busing.
• Answer phone calls and take to-go orders accordingly and accurately.

Tipped Wage. $8 per hour + tips.
