You would be responsible for taking inbound calls and presenting Auto and HomeOwners Insurance policies. There is no cold calling involved and it is NOT a commission only position. Responsibilities:
• Present company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact existing customers
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in the English language A MUST!
• Confident, self-starter
• Deadline and detail-oriented
