The Warehouse Selector / Electric pallet jack operator is responsible for the efficient movement, selecting and loading of food products, accurate scanning, accurate transactions and timely documentation. Repetitive lifting, visual identification, and an understanding of labeling practices are key fundamentals. Individual is required to accurately select and carefully handle product as effectively and efficiently as possible.
FIRST SHIFT: 6:00am until completion
SECOND SHIFT: 12:00pm until completion
COMPENSATION: $15.50/hr. + bonus incentives + full benefits
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Electric pallet jack experience in a warehouse setting.
• Prior warehousing experience in a food environment preferred.
• Able to read and write legibly; able to follow orders; able to work with little direct supervision.
• Ability to operate rider pallet jacks, hi-lo, reach trucks, hand pumping jacks, forklift, box cutter and RF Scanner.
• Ability to work on your feet for most of the day, repetitive bending, lifting up to 50 lbs. and moving 100 lbs.
• Able to work in cold warehouse environment (36°F – 38°F).
