Your Neighborhood Lawn Service is a Longwood based lawn and landscape maintenance company. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our lawn service team! As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-quality lawn care services to our valued clients.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
• Applying organic weed control treatments
• Interacting with clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Ensuring a safe and clean work environment
• Use our field C.R.M. (customer relationship software) device.

The ideal candidate will have previous lawn care experience, a strong work ethic, and excellent customer service skills. Must be physically fit, able to lift 40 lbs., and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Typical work day: Monday- Friday 0730-630 (hours may vary according to work needed) Working in a team of two to three, responsible for the appearance of our clients’ properties while completing jobs correctly in the allotted time, while training to run a crew / driving truck & trailer.
The work can be repetitive and somewhat demanding, requiring frequent walking, bending, kneeling sometimes lifting up to 20 lb bags or bundles.
While performing the duties of this job you may be exposed to wet and / or hot humid conditions at 30 minute or more stretch.
