Element Service Solutions (ESS) is actively seeking a full time Office Administrator for our Sanford location. This position will work alongside the Branch Manager and provide overall support to the office. We provide a wide range of construction and landscape installation, maintenance, and repair services to industrial, commercial, and HOA/Condominium clients throughout Central Florida. The ideal candidate is an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats and has a high level of attention to detail, analytical, well organized, and strong communication & problem solving skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, software, and computer skills. Experience working in a construction or service business environment is preferred but not required. We will provide training as needed.

Duties will include:

General office management (routing phone calls, email inquiries, filing, customer support).
Entry of accounts payable data; maintaining hours & time sheet data for employees; invoicing customers; processing work orders; following up on invoices due.
Partner with operations team for routing & scheduling crews, setting up new customer profiles, & keeping existing customer profiles up to date.
Partner with accounting team to help with month end closing of financials and special projects.
Partner with sales team to help with lead entry and marketing projects.
