Seeking Junk Removal Specialist. You would be assisting in all junk removal and disposing procedures. We are seeking to hire a Junk Removal Specialist. You would be paired with one of our driver’s. The job consists of 40+hrs a week, 7am-5pm Monday-Friday. Job’s consists of removing items from residences and businesses, such as (but not limited to) debris, construction debris, mattresses, fridges, couches, furniture, yard waste etc. and disposing them with our dump trucks at landfills. Our services extend all through out Orlando. This position does earn tips on top of your pay, which is really a great bonus which increases your hourly pay. Furthermore, the company pays for all worker lunches and would even be able to pick you up and drop you off at your residence for your shift, if you live in the Leesburg, Groveland, Clermont or Howey in the Hills area.
Responsibilities
• SAFELY operate at all times
• Make sure all daily truck inspections are performed (tire pressure, oil, equipment, etc.)
• Make sure truck has enough receipts, safety equipment and marketing materials
• Be able to make logistical decisions (when to dispose, how to dispose, what to donate or recycle, how to best complete a job, how to package items and load a dump truck.
• Lead your team by relevant example, and integrity at all times
• Prevent careless and costly mistakes, including damage, injury, unhappy clients, lost equipment, etc.
• Check in regularly throughout the day with direct supervisor for additional assignments and troubleshooting guidance
Qualifications
• MUST be able to lift 30-70 pounds for an extended period of time
• MUST enjoy hard work, and have integrity towards helping others
• MUST want to be part of a growing organization and are excited about making a difference
