**Front of house**
Ideal candidates are comfortable engaging with customers, taking orders and maintaining the highest level of customer service from start to finish. Must be able turn orders for 8 hours straight. This is a high volume show, only professionals with experience need apply. Your primary responsibility will be engaging with customers, taking orders, operating 1 or more point of sale systems, passing out drinks, passing out meals, maintaining complete front of the house cleanliness and stock.
**Prep Cook**
Hiring back of the house staff with solid food prep and assembly experience. Slicing and dicing proteins, vegetables, making rice. Qualified individual must work in a clean, organized, professional manner.
This will be an assembly style serve, similar to chipotle, in concept and menu. Due to large volume we will be pre-cooking all of our meats and holding hot. Attention to detail and plate presentation is also important.
Dates: 5/27-28 (Sat/Sun)
Hours: 3:00pm – 1:00am (10 hours)
Compensation: $15-$20/hr based on experience and performance.
