Job Summary
The primary role of a Front Desk Agent is checking guests in/out of the hotel, while providing the highest quality of service and complying with company and brand standards.
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities of a Front Desk Agent include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Basic clerical duties (Answering phones, scanning/copying/faxing documents, etc.)
- Checking guests in/out of the hotel, ensuring accuracy of billing and guest information.
- Communicating effectively with guests and all departments of the hotel, to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Ensuring timely delivery/resolution to guest requests and issues.
- Cash handling and point of sale transactions.
- Upholding all company policies and procedures, as well as brand standards and requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
All applicants should possess the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. ONQ property management at a Hilton Branded property essential.’
