Description:
Be part of a fun, dynamic team at the best rated attraction in Miami where you get to assist customers from around the world! The ideal candidate will possess an outgoing personality in conjunction with the ability to be a team player. The primary responsibility of the Hostess / Sales Associate is to provide superior customer service and effectively communicate Lock & Load’s products and services to our customers. Firearms experience is not necessary.
Responsibilities:
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
• Effectively communicate machine gun packages and membership benefits to all customers
• Handle transactions at registers
• Maintain the cleanliness/organization of the sales floor, VIP room, employee break room, classroom, merchandise and bathrooms
• Contribute to a positive team environment to reach team goals
• Practice firearm safety and become knowledgeable about all firearms offered at the range
• Answer phones and input reservations in our scheduling system
• Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays (Our Hours: M-F 12p-8p, Sat: 11a-8p, Sun 11a-6p)
Compensation: Starting at $16+/hr plus monthly bonuses
Desired Qualifications:
• Bilingual in Spanish (English is mandatory)
• Prior retail experience
