We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our guests. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors.
Duties:
– Greet guests upon arrival and check them in using our reservation system
– Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
– Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
– Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and efficiency
– Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
– Assist with room assignments, upgrades, and special requests
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proven experience as a front desk agent or similar role
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
– Proficient in using phone systems, reservation software, and basic computer programs
– Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
