CRAFT COCKTAIL BARTENDER RESPONSIBILITIES:
TOAST knowledge required
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Ensure guests are of legal drinking age
Assist with developing new craft cocktails to add to our seasonal menu
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies, monthly inventory
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
BARTENDER QUALIFICATIONS
21 years of age or olderMINIMUM 3+ years experience
Proven experience as a bartender at an upscale, fine dining atmosphere
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours)
Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food and containers weighing up to 50 pounds
Highly organized, team player
Proficient in Micros, process cash and credit card payments
PREFERRED
Current alcohol awareness certification, such as TIPS or LEADS
Wine knowledge and/or certifications
Spanish speaking a plus
Due to our longevity in SoBe, firsthand knowledge of local South Beach hospitality and clientele.
Familiarity with location and local attractions, businesses, etc.

High school diploma or equivalent is required; College Degree Preferred
