Share your CREDENTIALS:
Accredited course in culinary management or similar credentials
2-5 years’ experience in culinary management
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality & culinary arts or similar credentials
Experience in Hiring, Training and Managing culinary staff
Exceptional ability to maintain banquet services within budget and on time
Exceptional interpersonal communication with all staff and management
Use ALL of your TALENTS:
Plan menus & oversee venue, equipment, and food
Monitor the availability of all banquet supplies & order replenishments
Adhere to health industry regulations & standards for all food & beverage
Research banquet trends & promote ‘competitive banquet services
