The United Union of Roofers, Waterproofers and Allied Workers Local No.149 is actively looking for Roofers and Waterproofers of all experience levels. However, no experience is necessary. If needed, we will train you through our apprenticeship program that is accredited by the U.S. Department of Labor. Anyone that is not at a Journeyman skill level will be placed in the program at a level that matches their skills.
The current minimum rate of pay for Persons with no experience is $21.07, plus another $26.22 in fringe benefits
The current minimum rate of pay for a Foreperson is $43.66, plus another $26.22 in fringe benefits.
Fringe benefits include 2 pensions and premium healthcare for you and your dependents that includes dental and vision. All of this ON TOP of your wages! No money will ever be deducted from your wages to cover the cost of these benefits.
