Responsibilities:
-Work 11:00pm- 7:00am 5 days a week.
– Perform night audit duties including reviewing and reconciling guest accounts, processing invoices, preparing reports and processing audit.
– Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift
– Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and resolving any issues or complaints
– Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and interactions
– Operate phone systems and respond to incoming calls in a professional manner
– Ensure the safety and security of the property during the night shift
Requirements:
– Previous experience in a similar role preferred
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
– Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
Please note that this position may require standing for extended periods of time and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.86 – $21.00 per hour
