Janitorial/Maintenance Needed for Clearwater Beach Property!
Experience with general maintenance for prop. or building of at least 1 year; client will provide all hand-tools or necessary supplies to complete jobs; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and be on your feet;
-will be taking out trash
-light painting no heights of 5 ft.
– moving or setting up tables
-light general groundskeeping; changing light bulbs etc. Will be working on the property not inside units.
Full Time, temp to hire, 8am-4pm Monday-Friday
