Holiday Inn Across from Universal is seeking Housekeeping Supervisors:
Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage the housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are met
– Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain a high level of cleanliness
– Train and supervise housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed
– Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock is maintained
– Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and identify areas for improvement
– Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
– Collaborate with other departments to coordinate housekeeping activities and ensure smooth operations
– Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to create a safe working environment
Skills:
– Proven experience in housekeeping management or a related field
– Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and best practices
– Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
– Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
– Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
– Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to handle challenging situations calmly and efficiently
– Proficient in using cleaning equipment and supplies
