Church’s Texas Chicken is seeking a dynamic and experienced District Manager to oversee our operations and ensure exceptional performance across multiple locations. As a popular fast-food chain known for its delicious fried chicken and outstanding customer service, our District Manager will play a crucial role in driving the success of our brand.
Responsibilities:
– Provide strategic leadership and guidance to multiple restaurant locations within the assigned district
– Ensure exceptional operational performance, adherence to brand standards, and consistent delivery of high-quality products and services
– Champion a customer-centric approach and maintain a strong focus on enhancing the overall dining experience
– Recruit, hire, train, and develop talented restaurant managers and staff to foster a high-performing team
– Monitor financial performance, analyze key indicators, and implement necessary actions to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
– Conduct regular inspections to assess cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with health and safety regulations
– Implement efficient processes, systems, and policies to optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
– Foster a positive working environment and promote teamwork, collaboration, and professionalism among the restaurant teams
– Address and resolve customer complaints or operational issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
Requirements:
– Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in multi-unit restaurant management and/or district management
– Demonstrated track record of successfully driving operational excellence and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver exceptional results
– Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with employees, customers, and other stakeholders
– Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and P&L analysis
– In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
– Flexibility and willingness to travel within the assigned district
