POSITION SUMMARY:
NextLevel Staffing is actively hiring production employees for a cold storage warehouse located in Duncanville, TX. Employees will be responsible for operations and production on assembly lines for meat production, meat packaging, pick/pull and RF scanning.
Pay starts at $17.00 per hour
*** PLENTY OF AVAILABLE OVERTIME ***
2nd shift: Monday- Friday 2pm-12am (most Saturdays)
Must have weekend availability
*** 45 day Temp to Direct Hire ***
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Unpacking cardboard boxes with product to start assembly process
- Meat Trimming and Weighing Steaks/meat
- Packing and labeling outbound distribution

QUALIFICATIONS: No experience required, just willingness to work in any department. Candidates must be able to work in a refrigerated cold warehouse and must be able to stand for long periods of time.
QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED:
- Knowledge of general warehouse or assembly layout and basic warehouse procedures
- Bilingual is a plus!!!
- Cold Storage experience a plus!!!
