Duties:
– Prepare and bake sourdough loaves, baguette and Pizza dough
– Assist with food preparation and plating during catering events

– Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies
Requirements:
– Previous experience as a baker
– Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills
– Must work weekends, and holidays as needed
