• Minimum 1 year of experience in concrete and construction.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and direct all activities related to the placement and finishing of concrete.
• Coordinate and schedule the manpower and resources needed to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure quality and safety in the workplace, complying with all regulations and standards.
• Maintain an adequate inventory of materials and equipment needed for the job.
• Solve on-site problems and challenges efficiently and effectively.
• Communicate effectively with team and management to ensure successful project execution.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Foreman in Concreto or a similar position.
• Solid knowledge of concrete techniques and practices (sidewalks, ramps, garages, etc.).
• Ability to lead, motivate and train a work team.
• Knowledge of safety standards in construction.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Vehicle availability and knowledge of trail driving.
• Know how to operate machines (Bobcat, Mini excavators, etc.).
• Knowledge of technology (Internet, Tablet, Computer), etc.
• Bilingual preferably (English and Spanish).
