The Restaurant Manager:
• Experienced in a full-service, high-volume environment, in a management or key position.
• Enjoys creating a genuine hospitable experience for Guests and supporting a team of hospitality professionals
• Interested in learning and understanding all facets of management – hiring, training, scheduling, guest relations, operations, and financial discipline.
