Latin restaurant in Clermont looking for a full-time line cook, Wednesdays thru Sundays. W-T-F 3pm to 9 or 10pm; Saturdays and Sundays 12pm to 10pm (can leave earlier when you inevitably quit). Puerto Rican cuisine, mostly frozen. Large kitchen, somewhat clean, great equipment, simple menu printed on construction paper and edited with crayon. Saute, grill, and fry station. Nothing is fresh and gloves are not provided. English is not mandatory, but you should know the cuss words. A candidate with a Puerto Rican background would be preferred, as food is bland. All the training and support you need for the 3-4 days that you will work here. Looking for someone who wears clothes and has both hands. Very low pay for the right person! We want to cultivate a great relationship and atmosphere, though we fail at this miserably. We are willing to provide the wage you need to enjoy coming to work.
