“`Duties“` We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. Responsibilities: – Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems – Perform preventative maintenance tasks on machinery, equipment, and systems – Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues – Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities – Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner – Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or installations – Assist with the development and implementation of maintenance procedures Skills: – Facilities maintenance: Experience in maintaining and repairing various building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. – Leadership: Ability to supervise and coordinate the work of other maintenance staff. – CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System): Proficiency in using CMMS software to track work orders, schedule maintenance tasks, and manage inventory. – English: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. – Logic controllers: Knowledge of logic controllers used in industrial machinery. – Electrical: Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems and perform basic electrical repairs. – Welding: Experience in welding and fabrication. – Maintenance: Skilled in performing general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and landscaping. – Supervising: Ability to supervise contractors and vendors during repair or installation projects.
