Busser/CAM Full Time

The Southern Box Food Hall and Bar in Orlando is seeking Bussers/Common Area Maintenance workers for immediate hire. The Power House is a collective of culinary incubation with various food vendors, a large events space, and outdoor stage.

They connect with guests through eye contact and a smile, helping make informed suggestions on where they should dine, and helping all to-go orders be delivered on time.

Responsibilities:

• Smiling and greeting guests to ensure they feel welcome to The Southern Food Hall and Bar
• Assisting guests with the food vendor options
• Saying goodbye to guests when they leave
• Engaging with guests whenever possible
• Ensuring all Delivery/Takeout orders are correct and ready to be picked up
• Clean and Sanitize all common areas, including the outdoor patio, restrooms, and indoor seating
• Coordinating with bar team to execute guest orders correctly and in a timely fashion
• Running beverages to tables and clearing both empty glassware and plates if necessary
• Constant communication with all members of the team
• Able to interact with guests in a friendly, efficient and professional manner
• Anticipating guests needs and ensuring they have a memorable experience
• Maintain specific side-work and ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the station, the tables and food hall before, during and at the conclusion of the shift worked
• Must have the ability to work a variety of hours, days, and shifts, including weekends
• Must have the ability to stand and walk at a steady pace for periods of up to 8 hours or more

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 – $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
